Installation of polymer cable tray

Precautions for installing polymer cable trays

Before installation: Check the quality of materials, confirm the ambient temperature (-20℃~60℃) and corrosiveness, and prepare non-metallic tools and insulating brackets.

During installation:

Bracket spacing ≤1.5-2m, with denser spacing at turns

Splicing leaves 5-10mm expansion joints, and uses special connectors

Strong and weak electricity layers (spacing ≥300mm), maintain insulation

Special environments:

Outdoors: Choose UV-resistant models, with brackets 200mm above the ground

Fireproof areas: Seal with fireproof materials, away from heat sources

Acceptance: Check horizontality (deviation ≤2‰), perform load and insulation tests.

Maintenance: Check fasteners every year, and clean chemical areas every six months.
