1.Mixed installation with carbon steel brackets
Required measures:
Insulate insulating gaskets (PTFE material is recommended, thickness ≥ 2mm)
Use stainless steel bolts (A2-70/A4-80 grade)
Apply conductive anti-corrosion paste (such as DOWSIL™ 7091) to the contact surface
Prohibited operations:
Direct welding connection (will cause damage to the coating)
Use galvanized steel bolts (prone to galvanic corrosion)
2. Combined with stainless steel brackets
Optimization plan:
Preferably use 316 stainless steel brackets (smaller potential difference)
The bolt hole needs to be enlarged by 0.5mm (to compensate for thermal expansion difference)
