The salt spray test can last up to 3000 hours without rust. Post-maintenance of pre-galvanized cable mesh
Regular inspection and cleaning
It is recommended to inspect once a quarter in ordinary environments and once a month in highly corrosive environments (such as coastal areas and chemical plants), focusing on checking easily corrosive parts such as welding points and cut edges. Use a soft brush or low-pressure water gun when cleaning to avoid strong acid and alkali cleaning agents from damaging the zinc layer.
Local repair and connector maintenance
Small area zinc layer damage (<5cm²) can be repaired by spraying cold galvanizing paint after grinding, and structural damage requires replacement of the entire section. Check the tightness of fasteners every six months, apply conductive anti-corrosion grease to the contact points of different metals, and ensure that the grounding resistance is ≤4Ω.
Environmental adaptation and intelligent monitoring
Anti-condensation heating belts can be installed in high humidity environments, and protective coatings can be sprayed annually in chemically polluted areas. The intelligent monitoring system needs to calibrate sensors every year and establish corrosion rate files (normally <1μm/year).
Emergency treatment and file management
Large-area zinc layer shedding (>10%), grid deformation or grounding failure must be handled within 48 hours. It is recommended to establish a maintenance log to record inspections and repairs, and to be equipped with professional testing tools (such as coating thickness gauges).
