Class I Fire Resistance (Fire Resistance Limit ≥ 1.5 hours): Core and Critical Scenarios

Suitable for core areas with extremely high requirements for cable continuity and severe fire consequences, requiring long-term protection against flames and high-temperature conduction to ensure the continuous operation of critical systems. Specifically includes fire-fighting control lines, fire hydrant pump/sprinkler pump power lines and other fire protection system cables; emergency power (EPS/UPS) trunk lines, emergency lighting trunk lines and other emergency backup lines; power and communication cables for important facilities such as data center core server clusters, hospital ICUs and operating rooms; and cable channels on both sides of building firewalls, in cable shafts, and crossing different fire compartments. It effectively prevents the spread of fire across areas and fully complies with the requirements of GB 50016 fire protection code.

Class II Fire Resistance (Fire Resistance Limit ≥ 1.0 hour): Important Public Scenarios

Balancing fire resistance safety and economy, it is the preferred choice for laying important cables in most public buildings and industrial sites. This product is suitable for power cables, general emergency lighting branch lines, and low-voltage communication backbone lines in public areas of public buildings such as shopping malls, office buildings, and hotels; power and communication cables and emergency fire-fighting auxiliary lines in general hospital wards, outpatient buildings, school teaching buildings, and libraries; fire-fighting auxiliary lines and control cables for key equipment in workshops of general industrial plants; and lighting and communication cables in important cable channels, stairwells, and anterooms within the same fire compartment. It meets the basic fire protection requirements for stable operation of lines in the early stages of a fire.

Class III Fire Resistance (Fire Resistance Limit ≥ 0.5 hours): General Basic Scenarios.

Suitable for general areas with a small fire impact range and low requirements for cable continuity. Its core function is to prevent the spread of flames in the early stages of a fire and reduce the risk of damage to basic lines. Specifically, it covers residential building lines such as corridor lighting and indoor low-voltage (broadband, cable TV) lines; power and low-voltage cables and monitoring branch lines in general offices and conference rooms, auxiliary lines in equipment rooms such as general air conditioning rooms and pump rooms, and lines in non-fire-fighting areas of underground garages; and power cables in small shops and general warehouses. It meets minimum flame-retardant protection standards while controlling project costs.
